Andrea is absolutely amazing. We have used many pet sitters over the past 23 years at our Mesa home. She is the best by far. We have been very comfortable with Andrea's care of our animals since first starting with her in 2013. She has consistently taken good care of our babies 20-25 times, several times for over 2 weeks.
- She texts pictures and meaningful messages on every visit she makes.
- She is observant and asks relevant questions about anything that she sees that may be out of order (pets and otherwise).
- She handles all aspects of pet care (shots, giving medicine, walks) and all kinds of pets (We currently have 4 cats, 1 dog, and a 50 gal tank of fish), and will also do some home care such as watering plants, bringing in the paper, etc.
- She really does love animals I think. Our cats would sometimes 'misbehave' horribly with other pet sitters. We would have to clean up quite a bit when we came home. Andrea tries to talk to everyone and tells us about their behaviors. Our house and pets are much better when we come home now.
- She has both good common sense and a quick intellect, is honest, and always tells you in a polite professional way what she can do to help or gives good advice.
The last visit was atypically tough and shows the lengths that Andrea goes to. We were gone for almost three weeks. Our male cat must have tussled with one of the females and ended up with a swollen lip after we were gone only 2-3 days. She observed it as quickly as we would have and sent us pictures. After brief texts while we were driving in an area with poor reception, we decided that she should take the cat to the vet and she helped us arrange to pay while we were in the boonies. Every day of course had a status report and the cat was totally fine within a few days. We unexpectedly needed some personal business type of information. Andrea helped us out twice with taking pictures of several personal documents. Then, the fish tank pump stopped working correctly. She texted us a photo of a possible problem area with the pump while we were hiking on a remote trail in Oregon. We texted info back and forth until we finally got to a spot where the reception was good enough to call. She had to head back to the house, and was able to fix it during a brief conversation.
Obviously, we trust her completely.

We moved to Mesa about a year ago. My husband and I like to travel and wanted to find someone we could trust with our "babies", but really didn't like the thought of the traditional "kennel" since our dogs are used to having a human touch and lots of freedom because I work from home. Back in Chicago we had people that would just come stay at our house with them, but here, we didn't really want a stranger staying in our house. We didn't want the dogs cooped up in cages all day either. After reading the positive reviews about Andrea's Quality Pet Care we took a chance and contacted Andrea which resulted in an initial consultation with Jean (Andrea's mom who boards dogs at her home. Jean is the sweetest woman and obviously loves animals. Over the past year we have used Andrea's Quality Pet Care boarding service on MANY occasions. Our puppies LOVE going to Jean's house. She treats them like family, does not crate them, gives them lots of love and attention, and sends updates and pics.

Jean is absolutely WONDERFUL with my dogs who are SO excited everytime they know they are heading to Jean's for the day or the weekend. She has a nice big yard and they get the royal treatment of constant attention and love all day long which they don't get with me while I'm at work. I am so confident when I leave them there that they are well taken care of and having so much fun playing and getting spoiled with love and attention. Jean pays extra attention to my dogs special needs diet (raw, organic food) and I really appreciate her complete understanding of their slightly high maintenance routine. She is simply wonderful! She sends me picture texts during the day which is perfect because I am always missing them. I can't say enough good things about Andrea and Jean and love that between the two of them my dogs are always in good hands. I'm SO happy I found this business. PS, best rates you'll ever find too! Andrea is easily the best pet care professional in the world (I don't exaggerate). When first you meet her, she comes to your home and does an entire initial pet assessment making sure she fully understands your needs and the needs of your pet. She makes sure to document food preferences, toys, and emergency contact information for you and your vet (including special instructions in case your pet becomes ill). While you're away she comes by reliably, feeding your pet, playing with your pet, and sending text messages with the status of your pet after each visit. This is a huge relief when you're away - to get up to the minute updates letting you know your pet is well-cared-for and happy. Andrea will pick up and drop of your keys if you need her to do so - she'll even pick up your mail if you'd like. I have rarely encountered such a consummate service professional and we're THRILLED to have found someone we can trust to come into our home and take wonderful care of our cat Mr. Jinx.

Andrea is the best pet sitter we have had. Some other companies wanted to stay in our home, which made me uncomfortable. Andrea charges $22 for a 30 minute visit. (No matter how many pets!) We have two dogs. She feeds them, takes them for a short walk and plays with them. My dogs love her! Every day she texts updates and photos. Andrea is very professional and caring. She also rotates lights and blinds and ensures the home is secure. I'm writing this review after our third vacation using her. We are very impressed customers for life.

We have been using Andrea's expert services for 3 months now and she is beyond wonderful. We were away on vacation and Andrea kept in communication with us the whole time. When we were left a complaint on our door that they were barking too much in our absence, Andrea re-arranged her schedule to include more visits. She took excellent care of our puppies and we had such peace of mind knowing she was caring for them. We have 4 dogs, 2 of them very, very shy and she is wonderful with them. Andrea and her family were fantastic with my dog Texas! He gets bad separation anxiety usually so I was very worried leaving him with someone I had found on the internet. However, Andrea kept me updated with text messages and pictures to assure me that he was feeling very comfortable with them. When I went to pick him up he was leaning and loving on them as if they were his owners. I recommend Andrea to everyone she did a fantastic job with my dog ..and me.
